CHAMPIONING PEOPLE
People make us who we are, and we believe in looking after them. Back in the 19th century, his Quaker roots saw William Clark invest in his Somerset community and even build his workers homes – many of which still surround our global HQ in Street. When it comes to our colleagues, partners, and customers, we act with integrity and honesty, with more pledges to our people on the way as we move forward.
REDUCING OUR IMPACT ON THE PLANET
We crafted our first pair of slippers from leftover sheepskin – so being mindful of our use of resources is in our roots. We make our shoes to last, using durable, quality materials that stand the test of time. And we research and innovate. We utilise waste-reducing shoe constructions for collections like glueless Origin, and we strive to use more sustainable alternatives to virgin materials, including recycled content. We also support in shoe recycling projects to help close the loop and benefit communities near and far.
