Clarks.sa is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. At www.Clarks.sa we offer an EASY 14-DAYS RETURN policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return most items bought from www.Clarks.sa


Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.Clarks.sa you will be provided with a Credit Note of your Purchase Value if you have paid via Cash on Delivery which is redeemable only Online at www.Clarks.sa.

Kindly note Credit Note will be valid for six months from the date of issue. This code can be redeemed only one time, it cannot be used partially. You can use this credit note for the purchase of the same value or higher value. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise in unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

 

 

You may return merchandise to us in the following ways :

 

. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and e-mail us at customer care (CustomerCare@clarks.sa)mentioning your order reference number. We shall

replace delivery is made to you at the earliest. If you return any merchandise

which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the shipping

charges for that merchandise, if we are not able to replace the merchandise.

The replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charge. We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from www.Clarks.sa, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of fragrances, cosmetics, innerwear (under garments, lingerie), gift vouchers and any made-to-order or altered merchandise.

 

 

· Most merchandise is returnable in our stores and to check which merchandise items cannot be returned in our stores please e-mail us at customer care (CustomerCare@clarks.sa)

 

 

· You may e-mail us at customer care (CustomerCare@clarks.sa) and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/exchange/refund may not be possible.

Return

 

You can return an item within 14-days of the purchase. Refunds for return requests will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the unused merchandise along with the original sales invoice. If a cancellation occurs, refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to

the original credit card account used for the initial order. Please note that

any delays in crediting the cardholder's account are beyond our control and are managed by the issuing bank. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, returned items will result in store credit, which can be utilized for online purchases at www.Clarks.sa Keep in mind that store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.


Exchange

 

Exchange is only available for items with an identical value to the merchandise being exchanged. You can exchange an item for a different size or color directly on the application or website or through Customer Care. Once the items have been picked up and reach our warehouse (usually within 48 to 72 hours); we will ship out your exchange items upon thorough inspection of the returned items. Please ensure the items are unused and in good condition with original tags and packaging intact. Please note, items shopped from our international partners are not eligible for exchange, only for returns.

 

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy

 

www.Clarks.sa may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.Clarks.sa

would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User

Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on www.Clarks.sa In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.

 

Shipping Policy

 

• Clarks.sa caters to Saudi Arabia.

 

• We accept Cash on Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card and Store Credit as a method of Payment

 

• Shipments will be delivered within 5-7 days for most of the areas.

 

• Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.

 

• For orders under SAR 200, a shipping fee of SAR 20 applies.

 

• If all international market items in an order are canceled, the international shipping fee is refundable. However, if only some international items are canceled, the fee still applies and won't be refunded.


• Items labeled with an "International Shipment" on the product page and

Shopping Bag page indicate they are sourced from an international market.

 

• Please note that the Orders paid for Cash on Delivery attracts SAR 20 across all regions.

 

• For delivery orders to an out of service area, merchandise will be delivered to the nearest Aramex office

 

• As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by Aramex.
