Changing your account information

• Click Log In/Register at the top of any page on our website and sign in • After signing in to your account, select account icon at top of page • Click Personal Details on the left side of the page • Here you can edit your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender and communication channel

Forgotten password

If you forget your Password, just visit the Log In/Register section of the website and click on Forgot your password? If your email address is in our records, you will quickly receive a password reset link that will expire after 24 hours. If you are unable to reset your password before it expires, you must submit a new request.
